Welcome!

For over 25 years, I have built a distinguished career in leadership across education, healthcare, and organizational development. I was the leader others turned to in challenging times, the one who could bring calm to chaos and clarity to complexity.

At the same age my mother passed away, I faced a profound truth: life is too short to ignore the fire within. I left my secure executive position to become a certified Co-Active Coach, stepping fully into the work I was meant to do.

My approach represents a fundamental shift from traditional leadership development. Where others lead from the head, I help leaders discover the power of leading from the heart and gut. This isn't about abandoning logic. This is about integrating intuition and authenticity into how you choose to lead yourself and others.

My clients experience profound transformation: from overthinking to trusting their inner wisdom, from managing through control to empowering through authentic presence. They gain a crystal-clear understanding of their life's direction, where personal and professional integrate with equal weight and meaning.

I am the fire that lights the path for every leader ready to discover who they're truly meant to be.

About Me.

I've held senior leadership positions, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading organizational transformations, and building community partnerships across Northern Ontario. This foundation in education, public health, social services, and organizational leadership provides me with a deep insight into the challenges leaders face. I understand the weight of responsibility, the isolation that comes with leadership roles, and the pressure to have all the answers. More importantly, I know there's another way to lead—from the heart and gut, with authenticity and purpose.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a credential awarded by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global standard for professional and ethical coaching.  My practice integrates ICF’s core competencies, emphasizing confidentiality, growth-oriented partnership, and measurable transformation.

My Heart & Gut Approach

My approach represents a fundamental shift from traditional leadership development. This is about integrating intuition and authenticity into decision-making.

My extensive background gives me deep insight into the challenges leaders face. I understand the weight of responsibility, the isolation of leadership roles, and the pressure to have all the answers. More importantly, I know there's another way.
